When opening a complaint, you will choose the most suitable way to identify according to the options:
Identified: Identify and record your data, which can be viewed by the Ombudsman and the Ethics and Integrity Commission, that will analyze your report. Identified complaints are very important and allow us for a quick and objective treatment.
Confident: Identify yourself only to the Ombudsman and stay anonymous to the company. The Ombudsman will request more information if is needed.
Anonymous: You can not identify yourself, but you can provide an optional email (not fictional) for the Ombudsman contact, if other information is needed.
